We want you to be happy with our products and appreciate your business. Please try to inform us within 5 business days after the receipt of your order of anything that is unsatisfactory. You may return unaltered wood within 15 days of your receipt of the order. Please take any necessary precautions to protect the wood you return. Returns that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not receive credit.
Items custom milled/cut at your request and special order items cannot be returned for any reason.
You must pay return shipping and optional insurance. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping cost) promptly. NO restocking charges if items are returned in saleable condition or as you received them. Returns not according to the above rules cannot be accepted and no credit can be given.
